I do not want you to allow the creation of Natural Assest Companies. Here are my key points as to my concern. 1. Proposed Rule Authorizes Federal Lands, Including National Parks, to be Enrolled into NACs. This allows federal land to controlled by private entities. 2. Proposed Rule Gives “Management Authority” to the NAC. Private individuals will now the the authority to make decisions about federal land designated for the use of the public. 3. The Biden Administration is Preparing to Enroll the Federal Lands into NACs. 4. Proposed Rule Invites Foreign Interests to Invest in an NAC. This is clearly a national security issue. 5. Land Trusts can Enroll Conservation Easements without Landowner’s Permission. This violates land owners rights. 6. Exclusive Rights to Natural Processes will be Monetized and Assigned to NACs. 7. Protection of the Resources is Prioritized over Human Flourishing.
