I have great concern about this listing! I believe it needs further review and the listing should not move forward. This is promoting federal overreach over state's rights. It is also a notional security concern - other countries can buy stock in our assets/land! It threatens our ability to use our natural resources, it also threatens private land ownership. This is back door policy making and should not be allowed! Do not allow this to move forward.
