This is another example of federal overreach over state's rights, it is a threat to our national security by allowing outside/hostile nations to invest, especially China who even has police stations in the US. and is buying up our land. This threatens our ability to use our own natural resources, it will lock up vast expanses of land and force it to remain fallow, it is a public private partnership without the vote of the people, it is back door policy making. Public lands should not be fore sale. Privatizing nature is unconstitutional. This will lock up needed lands for grazing, planting, and other necessary activities. I strongly oppose this rule.
