This type of a company creation cannot be allowed, it is another example of federal overreach over state's rights, it is a threat to our national security by allowing outside/hostile nations to invest, and it threatens our ability to use our own natural resources, it will lock up vast expanses of land and force it to remain fallow, it is a public private partnership without the vote of the people, it is back door policy making.
