I strongly oppose the proposed rule regarding NACs. Stripping land management rights, including that of our National Parks, and removing private property rights and placing them under the authority of non-representative, private sector entity is unacceptable. There is no clear guidance regarding the clear definition of;sustainable land use; Natural ongoing processes cannot be bought and controlled. This is nothing more than a land and asset grab by well-connected nefarious elites both in private sectors and governments around the world.
