I strongly disagree with this rule change and feel that a majority of citizens, if given the chance to know about these proposals would also disagree. Why should we give corporations another opportunity to control more aspects of our lives. These conservation efforts should not have to have a money opportunity tied to it just so it grabs the attention of elite investors of this country. If they really cared about the environment, regenerative agriculture, or anything else listed under the "ecosystem services" it would & should not take the creation of new investment vehicles to do so. This proposed rule change is government overreach it its best and corporatocracy at its worst!
