This proposal is an egregious threat to the United States' sovereignty, and should be rejected immediately. To even contemplate the idea that natural, free resources, public and private lands can be controlled and monetized is truly a form of ESG insanity. I am in agreement with the letter submitted by Darrell Brown, Otero County Cattlemen's Association. I strongly oppose the proposed rule regarding NACs. Stripping land management rights, including our National Parks, and removing private property rights and placing them under the authority of non-representative, private sector entity is unacceptable. Natural ongoing processes can't and shouldn't be bought and controlled. This is nothing more than a land and asset grab by well-connected elites both in private sectors and governments around the world.
