SR-NYSE-2023-9 I am submitting my comment "against" the approval of the proposed rule change. In reading and analyzing (Release No. 34-98665; File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09), I am sure the cost of "Natural" assets will cascade to the ever-increasing cost of living for the average American and enrich those who would profit and of course are advocating for this rule change. Please review the list of persons and entities that have commented for the rule change. I've noted many statements of the Exchange "believes". I counter this with "I don't believe this is in the best interest of the AVERAGE American". This can only make it even more difficult to provide America with energy and food causing ever increasing prices and shortages. I request again that the Exchange disapprove the rule change.
