I oppose securitizing of public land owned by sovereign nations into NACs. If public lands managed by the federal government of the United States were controlled by private interests, anyone who uses public lands will be adversely affected. Further the lands are owned by the Citizens and therefore cannot be given over to private companies for their gain. Certainly the SEC does not have that authority, as no one does. This rule seems to overstep SEC's authorities and will undoubtably result in legal challenges.
