I am very strongly opposed to this proposed rule. Foreign entities and those working with them such as Bill Gates, Blackrock, etc., should have no right to our ownership or management of public lands or our own private lands. These properties belong to the citizens of America and are not for sale. This is disgusting that there are people who would try to make a dollar on selling our Country. Do not allow this to happen.
