The Jenks Township Board of Supervisors is in absolute opposition of this proposed rule. We are in the heart of the Allegheny National Forest and oppose foreign entities or money hungry investors to have any say in our Country's land and our citizens properties. They should have no say in our rights to the land, and natural resources. This seems highly suspicious, if not outright illegal.
