I am excited to see the development of NACs and their application of the UN standards for ecosystem accounting (SEEA EA). This will provide an excellent opportunity to highlight the importance of nature, support investment in it and promote standard and common measurement of the stock of and changes in nature. As I am based in Australia, I'd also be interested if the SEC could engage with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and your other national counterparts to advance the wider spread of NACs.
