I strongly disagree with rule 7.13 from being approved. This is harmful to retail investors and allows for unfair process to take place. A major US stock exchange should not have a rule which stops trading because of the opinion of one person. This rule is directly harmful to retail investors. The SEC in its duties to protect retail investors should swiftly deny rule 7.13.
