Disapprove the sparc.
SEC chairman Gary Gensler has posted numerous warnings about the dangers of investing in SPACs.
This is the most dangerous of all of them.
Gensler is right to be wary and express concern, and I hope he continues.
This SPAC and its \"sparc\" are a threat to its investors.
The spac has been since Bill Ackman publicly said he would announce the PSTH DA before Q1 end, and he of course did not.
Numerous SPACs are facing various sorts of litigation, and PSTH leads this motley crew from the front as it's rag tag leader filled not with dreams, but with the shattered dreams of it's investors.
You should disapprove this PSTH request for its sparc, and seek that PSTH be abolished and it's investors receive their $20.00.
Bill, Jackie Reses and the other PSTH staff have lost hundreds of millions for PSTH investors.
The investors are hurt and they are brainwashed into thinking it will end ok.
It will never be ok.
It is better to end it now, and give the investors, many so young, the chance to move on.
Give them a chance to live.
Bill made them miss the greatest stock bubble of all time,many lives have been ruined.
Let them move on.
You approve this, and you cause harm beyond PSTH investors.
You will be an agent of fraud, and you will propagate chaos. You will erode the competitive nature of the United States of America.
