I have invested in a number or spacs. The innovation of the SPARC is enormously investor friendly, moving risk away from the investor. Sponsors have long made money in a risk free way. The SPARC structure reduces the guaranteed sponsor return at the expense of the individual investor. Spacs have been abused-the SPARC structure will stop these abuses.
