Bill Ackman violated his fiduciary responsibilities with regards to PSTH and I dont want him to have an opportunity to rob shareholders again via a new structure. Please do not approve this, it is designed to take advantage of naive investors. Do not trust Bill Ackman He is either a thief or an idiot.
