As a retail investor, I am writing in support of the proposed rule change,SR-NYSE-2021-45, for the following two reasons...
1) The warrants guarantee me access to the common stock at the same price as everyone else.
2) It allows me to avoid the opportunity cost of keeping, relatively, substantial amount of money locked up for an extended period of time.
