I am writing in favor of this change. This helps retail traders subvert the downsides of SPACs due to the loss of opportunity cost while invested in SPACs. Without the need to deposit capital until an Initial Business Combination is found - retail can continue to invest in other securities or use that money in the economy. This structure is strictly better than standard SPACs.
-Disclosure: I am a retail holder of PSTH who has suffered losses, and this is the best path forward to recover my losses in my opinion.
