I am writing to voice my opinion that SPARC proposed by PSTH should be approved. SPACS and the mystery box opt out structure is full of loopholes that abuse investors. A structure where no capital is put up by investors until they are made fully aware of all terms of a transaction and can then choose to participate or not is far more more favorable than the traditional spac. Any vehicle that allows an investor to put money into an investment after they can see what they are getting is a better structure.
