Dear Sir or Madam, I want to use this opportunity to express my support for the approval of the NYSE Rule that will allow for the formation of SPARC Holdings. I am supportive for the rule change, because spacs bear the huge disadvantage of opportunity costs, as we common shareholders have to hold spac’s while the sponsor is identifying a target company.
