Good morning, I am writing to express my support for the rules under consideration that would allow subscription warrants to be listed and tradable. The proposed rulemaking is an improvement from the perspective of the retail investor. This model will allow retail investors a better chance to vet and examine a potential transaction before allocating significant capital to it. Thanks
