Hi, A subscription warrant, as proposed by Bill Ackman, would allow retail investors to evaluate the acquisition target before investing, while protecting against opportunity cost and the 'ticking clock' of the typical 2 year SPAC timeline that might cause a sponsor to consummate a transaction in the interest of receiving their promote.
