Dear whom it may concern, My name is Xun Chun TEE and I am writing to give support to SR - NYSE - 2021- 45. I am writing to support SR-NYSE-2021-45. A subscription warrant allows non-institutional investors to participate in companies (e.g. an IPO) that would otherwise be impossible to have access to. This model is significantly better than a typical SPAC vehicle because not only that this subscription warrants offers an "opt-in" feature which ensures that there will be no tie up of excessive capital (for years in the case of a SPAC), but also the ability for retail investors to better vet and examine a transaction before deciding to opt-in. Approving SR-NYSE-2021-45 will alleviate many of the concerns surrounding a typical SPAC (e.g. capital tied up in a treasury account for years) while granting investors the opportunity to invest in companies that are ready to go public in the United States.
