To whom this may concern, I'm writing to comment and give support to SR-NYSE-2021-45. Not only would this enable retail investors to get in on the ground floor of companies they typically would not be able to have access to, but it would protect investors from the current predatory practices that are occurring in the SPAC market that is occurring today. This security would help ensure sponsors are more inline with their investors. Please help us to gain access to a more fair IPO process. Thank you. Brent Okerson
