I am writing to support this rule change. The current structure is broken and with how sparc is set up, we have a real opportunity to for positive change. I understand there are manipulation concerns but that I think is a concern with every stock, warrant or spac. We can not live in fear and let a few possible actors deter this rule change. Nothing in life is certain but we all know the risk/reward when we made this investment. Thank you
