May I bring it to SEC's notice that our company had been hired by Bill Ackman to write positive comments to SEC and to shill his stock PSTH on social media.
In September 2020, Pershing Square CEO Bill Ackman contracted with our company to write rumors and shilling comments about his company PS Tontine Holdings on twitter, reddit and stock twits. We have shilled like anything on social media(Reddit, Stocktwits and Twitter) about his stock PSTH. For each comment on social media to pump PSTH, Bill Ackman paid us US$0.60. We were also paid by Bill Ackman to shill CMG on social media last year.
Again we were asked by Pershing Square this month to write positive comments about rule SR-NYSE-2021-45 to SEC website. Our company has been provided tens of individual scripts and English names to use on SEC website. We were asked to do so in August 2021 and again this month.
I didn't feel that it's right to fake positive comments to SEC. I am writing to you as I want to do the right thing, hope you would appreciate.
