Other than issues raised by fellow commentators, one major issue with SPAC warrants is liquidity. It's not like stocks where you can sell at bid.

SPAC Warrants hardly have any depth. For instance one sell order of 10K warrants each $1 has driven down price to $0.60 ie. 40% down.

I am stuck with thousands of SPAC warrants that I just can't sell at the bid without pushing it 20% down. SPAC warrants are so thinly traded and illiquid that you should not allow SPARC. Please deny SPARC
