We are r/SPACs - a Reddit community of 185,000 people exclusively trading SPACs. We vote strongly against SPARC and believe it will do severe harm than any good.
As you may be aware we've seen numerous rug pulls, pump and dumps, scams, sponsors fraud and what not in SPACS over past couple of years.
We don't want SPARC. Due to the small value of SPARC, we can be sure that will be a subject of social media manipulation fleecing retail investors while Sponsors make out yet again.
Put this way, when we already have so many problems with SPACs, why do we need yet another penny security to get manipulated. Please disapprove SPARC
