I have been a market professional for over 35 years. i write in the capacity of a small pension fund manger in charge of investments based in the UK. We have held consistent long positions in Pershing Square, in the UK for over 5 years and know the fund well. We believe that the SEC should approve the rule change SR -NYSE-2021-45.I have personally met the management team on many occasions and believe that they are of the highest integrity and believe that the application of the proposed rule change benefits small pension funds like us as well as retail clients.
I support this rule change and am available to discuss if required.
