When the hell do you plan to start enforcing the National Best Bid and Offer (NBBO)? When will you revise your pathetic investigation into the flash crash? What do we, as citizens, need to do (vote for) in order to help make sure you have the adequate tools to combat corruption and market manipulation? Do you even care that this mornign the Groupon IPO had orders filled outside the NBBO?
