Dear Ms. Murphy,
From what I can gather, the Shareholder Communications Coalition is requesting a further delay of this matter. It seems to me that sufficient staff time has already been spent on this issue and that at least three of the Commissioners favor the changes. At this time in our current crisis, it seems to me foolhardy to expend additional taxpayer resources on an issue that is clearly in the public interest. Please deny the request of the Coalition for "a comprehensive review of the entire proxy voting process". As an Investment Advisor, as a Registered Representative, as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary, and as a citizen, I urge the Commission to resolve this issue without additional delay.
