Dear SEC, I am submitting this comment for official record stating that I fully oppose these proposed rule changes as you have failed to supply the required information for investors to understand what you are proposing. As a tax-paying citizen of the United States, it is my right to receive transparent details about the rules and regulations being proposed by your agency, and you have failed to do so by redacting the very information for which you are requesting comments on.
