Dear SEC, I reject the revised ruling in regards to the revision of SR-NSCC-2022-801 to SR-NSCC-2022-003. The revised ruling only benefits Market Makers, Institutions, Hedge Funds, and Central Banks but does not explain in-depth on how it benefits or serves the interests of Retail Investors. - Jeff
