Is this rule a joke? It literally allows infinite share creation and takes "liquidity providing" to an extreme level, totally un-required by the market in it's current state. I highly oppose this rule which allows for infinite share coverage. The market is infested with naked shorting and this needs to stop. The market needs to crash and correct itself, taking the bad players down along the way. I am an European investor but rules from the US affect the price of international securities. This rule will negatively affect my portfolio in the short and long term, thus I strongly oppose it.

Sincerely,
A concerned retail investor
