Hello, As a retail investor, I am concerned that these proposed rule changes do nothing to protect me as an investor. Allowing for collateral to be used to invest just adds extreme risk for larger loss. Additionally, this rule does nothing to improve transparency, fair market structure, and only Taylor’s to large institutional investors. Please do not follow through with these rule changes.
