To whom it may concern, In regard to proposal SR-NSCC-2022-801, I believe that this will create an even more unfair advantage for the market maker and leave us retail investors at their mercy. I hope that this proposal does not pass and that the SEC does what it was intended for, which is to protect the retail investor's best interest in a fair and open market. -- Thank you Anthony Hung Huynh
