Hello I am emailing you to voice my concerns over the newly proposed rule that is to be voted on. I believe this new rule will directly and negatively affect retail investors who are invested in some highly volatile stocks. There has been blatant manipulation of said stocks over the course of the last year and half. I believe if this new rule is passed that it will only benefit those companies who have illegally shorted these stocks over the last year and a half, by allowing these companies to not have to cover these losses from shorts they have. I will lose 100% faith in the stock market if you allow this change to occur and I can guarantee that I will not be the only one. I implore you to take serious consideration about how many lives you would affect by passing this. Do not continue to turn a blind eye to illegal short selling and manipulation of the stock market.
