Hello. I'm emailing to comment on SR-NSCC-2022-801. SR-NSCC-2022-801 is absolutely a step in the wrong direction. This rule would help enable naked short selling, which is running rampant in our markets. How many times do proposals like this need to be submitted and denied? Similar rules have been proposed before. Don't allow the markets to become even less transparent and fair than they already are to retail. Deny this rule.
