dear SEC, this new rule is unacceptable. reading the detail in the rule, it is like using a credit card to pay debt you owned. This rule will allow big corruption to delay any share they short; Fail to deliver should not be promoted in any way and you should put a stop to it. Thank you for reading the comment.
