Dear sir / madam I object to the above rule (SR-NSCC-2022-108) being passed as it undermines my confidence in the US stock market. I believe law makers / governing bodies should be investigating the fail to deliver reasons and (if any practices are found to be less than fair) punished, rather than introducing a rule that enables FTDs to continue.
