Dear Mam or Sir, I’m a retail investor from Europe (Germany) and I’m really concerned about this rule “ SR-NSCC-2022-801”. This rule is not in favor for the retail investors, but more for the market makers, banks, short sellers etc. which constantly failed to deliver, abusing the stock market and ruining the financial market. I hope you will listen to the retail investors which you should because it is your job to protect us. So please don’t propose this rule or plan on doing any other similar rules. I don’t support this rule and I will lose all my hope in you if you accept this rule. Thank you for reading this Joachim Lipka
