Hello, I really cannot believe that we continue to see rules which decrease transparency being proposed. SR-NSCC-2022-803 does not increase fairness and only further provides methods of abuse in what seems like a completely rigged market. Stop trying to increase loopholes and start holding EVERYONE accountable for the decisions they have made and the risk they have taken. I oppose SR-NSCC-2022-803. We are not going to allow this. You owe it to the American people as well as every individual investor in every country of this world to stand up for justice. Thank You, Jim Lesinski
