To the SEC.

As an international retail investor I am very concerned about the proposed rule SR-NSCC- 2022-801. If this rule passes, I am afraid that I will have to withdraw myself, and my family, from trading on the American stock exchange, as it will simply have become too toxic for Retail investors to have any hope of thriving there. Though I do not agree with the chinese government, I would most likely be forced to trade on the HKEX (Hongkong stockmarket) as it offers better conditions.

Passing this rule would be the equivalent of someone rushing to build a house made out of irradiated material, to shelter themselves from a coming storm (created by their own actions mind you). It might've saved them now. But a slow and far more painful death with no chance of survival, awaits in the future.

Do not pass this rule.

Sincerest

The potential risk of losing generations of future international retail investors to another more fair exchange.
