This is extremely sad. These documents create no timeline leading to a more transparent and fair. Retail is being left to be ROBBED by the very own Enforcers (sec) who are supposed to be protecting us. This is why, origionally, the SEC was developed. To regulate and punish unfair market procedures/operations/executions. We are watching. The world is watching. As you allow our countries markets implode from within. Sent from my iPhone
