Hi SEC, This rule would prevent accurate price discovery by allowing malicious actors within the US Financial Sector to further obfuscate their transactions. As a concerned investor and US Citizen, I am not in support of this proposal, and I hope to prevent this version, and all previous versions of this same rule, from ever being approved.
