Good afternoon,

I am sending this e-mail to talk about the outrageous new rule you created (SR-NSCC-2022-801).
This rule is clearly making way for the wealthy people from Wall Street to circumvent the current laws, defraud the whole market and cover their losses from naked shorting while ripping the pockets of retail investors like me. I think everyone at SEC remembers the great depression from 1929 and how the rules changed after that in order to protect the small funds and retail investors.

It’s a shame that everything we built in the past few years regarding regulations to make the market a better place for every single investor is being destroyed by new rules you are creating. Can’t you see that those rules are simply destroying the willingness of the retail investors to participate in this market? Can’t you see that you are making ‘normal’ people afraid to enter the market because of the rules made just to preserve and protect the big funds?

The hedge funds are digging their own graves and you create rules to get them out at the cost of retail investors’ money?

How can you say that this market is not manipulated if you keep making rules for hedge funds to get away with CRIMES? Yes, you read that right… CRIMES. That’s what these hedge funds are doing. Crime after crime, and they keep doing them because they always get away with it… because of your rules. Isn’t it funny?

Well, I guess I already made my point here. I wanted to make it clear for you guys that I, as a retail investor, am TOTALLY AGAINST THIS OUTRAGEOUS AND DISGUTING NEW RULE SR-NSCC-2022-801. If you have a little sense of dignity, you will not let this rule pass because it only helps the big players from Wall Street to get away with their crimes.

I hope you consider my kind request of NOT PASSING this rule, because it would really harm the small retail investors (which you were supposed to protect).

Sincerely,

Fernando Batista da Silva
Retail Investor
