Do not implement 801 into our marketplace! We have seen the Overnight Repo Rate climb to record levels and not shown any sign of coming down. This has been ignored by every level of financial governance, and now you wish to create another form of institutions getting out of their obligations. Stop giving institutions more and more control and leniency over their stock obligations, it hurts retail and everyone who participates in the US Stock Market
