Dear SEC,

I am a retail Investor who is slowly losing faith in our financial markets. The blatant disregard for the retail investor in favor of the larger institutions and Hedge funds is appalling. There is clear evidence of self-fulfillment within the policy markets.

Specifically, rule SR-NSCC-2022-801 completely disregards the rules of a free and fair market. This rule WILL BE EXPLOITED BY MARKET BAD ACTORS allowing for further market manipulation that is already rampant.

The continued lack of fairness and transparency in this market is extremely frustrating and this rule only confounds that.

I VOTE NO ON THE SR-NSCC-2022-801

Sincerely,

A concerned retail investor with dwindling faith in the “free” market
