Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am a retail investor holding shares of a company on the New York Stock Exchange and am deeply concerned about the proposal SR-NSCC-2022-801. This proposal does not help retail investors but actively incentives and empowers the bad actors that have blatently manipulated and corrupted the US stock market for decades. The purpose of the SEC, as I understand, is to protect retail investors and to ensure a free and fair market. This is why I email you to let you know my disapproval of this proposal.
