Dear SEC, this rule is absolutely ridiculous and should not be implemented. The fact that it is AGAIN considered is completely mind blowing, when it was already withdrawn TWICE. As a very passionate investor in the U.S. markets I STRONGLY oppose the implementation of this rule.
